Why none of these roles has a code

Every US federal occupational statistic is counted in a taxonomy fixed in 2018. A role first advertised in 2024 becomes countable in 2028 at the earliest.

1. 2018 2018 SOC takes effect. The classification still in use.
2. Jun 2024 First Federal Register notice opens the revision.
3. Now Second notice: date to be determined. Meanwhile 822 AI-touched job titles are live in US postings.
4. 2027 Third notice announces the final 2028 codes and titles.
5. 2028 Federal agencies begin using the 2028 SOC.
